HASEKURA is a refined omakase restaurant concept inspired by the spirit and discipline of the samurai. I designed the logo to evoke strength, precision, and heritage—merging traditional Japanese armor motifs with a bold, modern aesthetic. The mark captures the essence of HASEKURA’s immersive and intentional dining experience.

Logo refresh projects are, by far, my favorite, and this Longballer golf project perfectly illustrates that. Chris approached me, asking for a more graphic touch to his current script logotype design. The original logo was heading in the right direction, but it felt a little forced and not well-integrated. After extensive research, exploration, and tons of sketches, we created a refined script logotype with long, thin lines that mimic the thickness of golf clubs. The descender of the letter "g" is cleverly turned into an almost hidden golf club, seamlessly positioned along the bottom of the word "Longballer." Look closely, or you might miss it...
